If there are any issues with verification in any way, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
There is a security deposit of GBP 250 which can be charged from when the property is booked. The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

中信兄弟曾陶鎔今晚之前，恐怕從來沒想過單場三響砲這檔子事，但經過今晚之後，曾陶鎔可以大聲地說「我也做得到」。今（5日）晚對富邦悍將之戰，曾陶鎔單場轟三響砲，幫助中信兄弟6比0擊敗富邦悍將，羅曼完封9局，拿到本季個人第2勝（2敗），並獲選單場MVP。
曾陶鎔2015年季中選秀第10輪才被中信兄弟選中，前年他只在一軍出賽2場，去年也只出賽26場，這兩年只轟出1支全壘打，不過去年曾陶鎔在二軍打擊有不錯的表現，打擊率4成44，是二軍的打擊王，而且轟出13支全壘打。
今年開季，曾陶鎔開季就在一軍，3月25日對悍將的開幕戰，曾陶鎔把握機會，9局上代打從黃勝雄手中轟出全壘打，這一轟帶給曾陶鎔很大的信心。
今天對富邦悍將之戰，4局下陳子豪先轟2分彈（本季第7轟），接著曾陶鎔再轟陽春砲（本季第4轟），取得3比0領先。兄弟5局下兩出局之後，張志豪、彭政閔連敲2支二壘打，再攻下1分。
曾陶鎔6局下又從悍將先發洋投神盾手中轟出陽春彈，8局下再從蔡明晉手中轟陽春砲（本季6轟），單場三響砲，曾陶鎔成了中職史上第21人，同時連三打席紅不讓，明天曾陶鎔還可以延續紀錄。
羅曼此戰用110球完封9局，只被悍將擊出5支安打，三振、保送各4次，悍將先發投手神盾投6局被擊出7支安打包括3支全壘打，失5分，吞敗投（2勝4敗）。

我國大專院校簽署陸生研修承諾書的風波愈演愈烈，對此，陸委會主委張小月今（7）日在立法院受訪時表示，最主要是因為上星期，只看到一種樣態，現在發現各大專院校所簽的內容、文字、形式，都有相當的差異性，需要先釐清事實，再談處罰問題。

張小月強調，顯然相關的學校，在兩岸學術交流這方面還不是很清楚了解，教育部會來協助學校，對於兩岸學術交流的相關規範，有更清楚的認識理解，教育部也會建立相關規範，讓相關學校知道，我方跟對岸學術交流的時候，應該要採取的態度和立場。
